晶体管输出光耦合器(Transistor output optocoupler)是一种利用光信号传输和控制电信号的电子元器件。它由一个发光二极管(LED)和一个光敏晶体管组成,二者之间通过光学介质进行信号传递,而无直接电连接。这种设计使得光耦合器能够在电气上隔离两个电路,同时保持信号的传输。晶体管输出光耦的特点是具有较大的电流传输比(CTR)、高耐压和低输入电流。由于光电接收器使用的是光敏三极管,这类光耦的传输速度相对较慢,时序延时较大,但它们在数字电路隔离、数据传输、逻辑控制等领域仍然非常适用。
